Life Coaching
Life coaching at Lumen is for clients already in therapy who need support, accountability, and structure to stay on track between sessions. It can fill the gap when insights from therapy need to become daily practices, when goals feel clear but follow-through is hard, or when you need someone to help you stay focused and moving forward. While life coaching can complement therapy sessions, it doesn’t replace them. Think of it as the implementation partner to your therapeutic process. In select cases, life coaching can also be implemented after you terminate your therapy.
