As a dual-licensed clinical therapist in New York and Connecticut, my expertise lies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT). I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and relationship challenges.
My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, with a focus on creating a secure and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions.
