    As a dual-licensed clinical therapist in New York and Connecticut, my expertise lies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT). I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and relationship challenges.

    My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, with a focus on creating a secure and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. Regardless of whether our sessions take place through telehealth, in an office setting, or within the community, I firmly believe in fostering a dynamic, engaging, and collaborative therapeutic experience tailored to your unique needs.

  • As a licensed clinical therapist in New York and New Jersey, I provide compassionate, interactive, and solutions-focused care to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stressful life circumstances, difficult transitions, and challenging relationships. 

    My work blends evidence-based and holistic modalities with a focus on identifying and optimizing your personal strengths. I incorporate Mindfulness (MBCT), CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Treatment, and Behavioral Activation to support growth and healing.

    I believe therapy is a sacred space to deepen self-understanding, strengthen connections, and create meaningful change. Whether we meet in person or via telehealth, I offer honesty, supportive listening, gentle guidance, and dedicated collaboration so you can find–and truly feel–the beauty, magic, and love that life has to offer.

    I weave evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing with creative, body-centered modalities such as Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) and Mindfulness (MBCT) to help you navigate life’s complexities and restore connection to self and others.
